I'm pretty sure that it comes with the Knights of the Nine downloadand the Shivering Isles expansion for people who couldn't connect to Xbox Live so you should be alright
sounds like a problem with your 360 or your discs because I havn't had any slowdown with Saints Row or Double Agent
