It really depends on the player. STALKER has a cool RPG feeling to it and the gaphics are fine. HL2 is just a fantasticĀ FPS game with good graphics. I enjoyed STALKER more than HL2...

Diablo, Starcraft and Warcraft all had different style of graphics. If we compare Diablo games with WC games, we would see a big difference. I'm surprised that SC2 doesn't have its own style of graphics. Blizzard has been focusing on Warcraft games for a long time and I just don't want to see anymore of it, including similarities in other games. As I said before, the graphics don't fit in with the sci-fi genre. It was fine with fantasy games, such as warcraft, but starcraft... no way. I'mĀ sure that most Warcraft fans would love it, but I don't, because I never really liked WC.

Those images were posted for people to compare, and since when were we concerned about the camera angles? SupCom doesn't look that great, but atleast it has a realistic sci-fi look to it.

I have to say that Starcraft 2 looks too cartoony and the graphics don't fit in with the sci-fi atmosphere of starcraft. It looks likeĀ another Warcraft RTS game to me. I wish that it would look more realistic, like Company of Heroes... Imagine CoH with cartoony graphics. It would loose its war-like atmosphere and end up looking like a sponge bob square pants game. Anyways, that's just my opinion and I don't care about the graphics as much as the game play + story line.
