What is so bad about the 360 other than the hardware issues? According to all the posts in this thread that's the only reason why it shouldn't be number 1.

I personaly think it's a great console, it has great games from way back when... like Castlevania SoTN and Sonic to great games now like COD4 and Halo 3. Not only that but every game for the 360 is online in some form, so I can talk to my friends no matter what they are doing. I can also download movies... etc etc etc.

(IMO) There is more good stuff going on with the 360 than bad, I can definetly see why some people would class it as the best system of all time.

I don't think that there is a real pc gamer out there who doesn't own crysis.

I would get Crysis but I don't think my PC would do it justice... (P4 HT 3.2Ghz, 2gb RAM, 7600GT). Playing the game on med/low settings kinda defeats the purpose of it.

Oh well I guess i'm not a real PC gamer then.

I bought 18 Wheels of Steel: American Long Haul and Bus Driver yesterday. Both games are pretty... compelling... in their own way.

Bus Driver is awesome though 8)

I thought me running my 7600GT on a 300w PSU was pushing it...

Thanks for the reply,

After a good 30 minutes of playing Sins Of The Solar Empire the framerate seems to slow right down so I guess this must be the P4 trying to stop itself from dying rather than it just being too weak for the game?

Anyways, I shall pick up a can of compressed air ASAP... thanks again. :)

I was just wondering what temp a P4 HT 3.2Ghz Prescott should be running at...

These are my current PC's temps according to Everest Home Edition, i'm kinda worried.

Motherboard 47C (117F)

CPU 91C (195F) 100% usage (I had Sins Minimized)

Aux 31C (88F)

GPU 55C (131F) AGP 7600GT

HDD 47C (117F).

My PC is going to be 4 years old this year and I don't really have the money to buy a new one anytime soon... I've only ever bought 1 512mb stick and a 7600GT for it, it's still in the same case and using stock cooling.

EDIT: CPU Fan Speed 2722 RPM
