Post E3 2008 Top Ten Most Anticipated Games

My Third Post E3 Top Ten report. Let me first state that easily the game I was most excited about waching E3 was actually Fable II, but as of now I do not own an XBOX 360, so it did not make the list. It may tempt me into buying a 360, but time will tell. This list for me really just covers my systems for now, Wii, DS, and PC.

10. Little King's Story (Wii) - I previously had This is Vegas at this spot, but then Gamespot showed a little coverage from this game at E3 I hadn't yet seen, and Nintendo Power ran a good article. This game seems a little more up my alley. A simulation about a king who can tell people what to do. Build a nation and war against other kingdoms. Sit on your throne and worry about the little things in your kingdom. send peasants to their death. All from the creators of Harvest Moon. Should be fun.

9. The Legend of Zelda: ??? (Wii) - 9th place last year as well. Still not even a snippet of info on this game, though it is my favorite game series.

8. Harvest Moon: Isle of Happiness (DS) - The storyline for this game looks better than the Wii version, I will probably get both, eventually.

7. Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility (Wii) - This moves up from 8 last year, mostly because of the weaker class this year. I am a fan of Harvest Moon and will probably be playing this game.

6. The Sims 3 (PC) - Show me a little something and I'll give you a little love. Maxis released a little info on this game this year and I moved it from 10 to 6, jumping it past Harvest Moon and Zelda.

5. Star Wars: The Force Unleashed (Wii) - This game looks great for the 360 and PS3. Will it translate to a good game for the Wii as well? I hope so because I would love to play it.

4. Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World (Wii) - When I heard about this game last year, I grabbed my copy of its gamecube predecessor and tore through it. The first was a classic and this should be good.

3. Rune Factory 2 (DS) - I am definitely a fan of the Harvest Moon series. Rune Factory was an excellent change for that series last year, and 2 looks better. I got too eager last year and moved Rune Factory up to two, but with this year's class it deserves 3.

2. Wii Sports Resort (Wii) - Not my favorite Nintendo series ever, but I still regularly enjoy Wii Sports. The Wii Motion Plus looks cool, and as Nintendo didn't show a lot this year, this game gets a high ranking.

1. Spore (PC) - Moves to the top spot, up from 7th last year, I own 1 through 6. Still I prefer Fable II but this is what I most look forward to from my systems.
