.....some of the members of G4 have stopped going there since the "change". They have moved on to other places, some of them moved here. Others still post over there (I still do on occasion). When a few members complained, one said "there is a reason why so an so boards exist". Well, there are some things that haven't changed. In one of those so an so boards, everybody is still complaining, fan threads and hate threads are common place. One of the admins posted a thread saying that some of the threads from the PC console, and handheld boards, were moved to the cinematec board. Thats a bad combination if you think about it.

From what I have gathered, people were speculating that G4 couldn't afford the bandwidth. And that some of the forums that were deleted were "Redundant". Being redundant is not a very good reason for what they did. Especially, over on those boards. You could find out more about the handhelds and consoles in their respected forums than any place else on the message board. What they did the other day was. Anyway, I sent a message to one of the admins (not telling who). And I haven't recieved an answer to my questions about the change. He has probably deleted it, because I am sure he got a lot of Pm's that day. But mine should have stood out some. I didn't go off and say "You stupid piece of s**t", The f***ing changes were not needed". Speaking of foul language, it appears that the language filters have been loosened some. As in, you can say certain words now without consequences. Also, you can post porn too, but you have to link it and give fair warning. I don't know if these will stay, but I am pretty sure those are some new rules over there for now. Who knows how long those will last. G4 has been on a roll of bad choices. I will make an entry about some of the members there tomorrow.

Recently, G4 has made some changes to the forums. Some of those changes include the deletion of some message boards. One of them happened to be one of my favorites, the console board. There, anything was open for discussion. One day, a conversation changed multiple times. From Halo, politics, countries, and military tech. And every memeber was up for it and I assume had a lot of fun. But now, all that is gone. G4 admins seem to have lost what ever brain cells they had and gutted the forums. Until the Console and thre rest of the best message boards for that forum have been brought back. I see little reason to go there.
