Literally 5 mins after renting it, I tried to play the movie and it game me an error saying:

The License for the item has expired. To play it, rent it again at video marketplace.

Status Code: 803C0009

Well obviousely I should still have the license 5 mins after renting the movie. Help?

Just to add more information, I tried doing it with my old 20 gig hardrive and got the same result. I'm guessing there is just something wrong with the system itself.

I know the update came out like 2 weeks ago, but I was unable to get it to download at the time and I simply played offline. However now I want to be able to sign on and I am unable to get it to work. Basically what happens is it tells me there is an update, I attempt to accept then it gives me an error message saying it "can't download the update, I press Continue and then the bottom right quadrant is lit up and I get an E80 error. So I have to restart the xbox and clear the cache and memory before I can even play a game or watch a dvd offline. I need help please! The Xbox support is of no help.

bump, both of our NATs are open though. And we can be in the same Party if there is a third person along, but the second the third person leaves he is kicked from the party. How does this make any sense?

I have Dlink DI-624 router and I am unable to connect to one of my best friends. We used to play on XBL all the time but now were unable due to what I believe is NAT problems. I have tried everything, port forwarding and putting my xbox in the DMZ zone. Any suggestions?

Thats real funny. I wasn't even seriousely considering working there and if you read my original post it has the word "wondering" in it. Since you obviousely didn't want to look up the definition for yourself, I did it for you.
