Compilation of all my cryptic riddles

For those of you who are only recently visiting my profile, and are interested in giving a shot at solving my riddles, I have compiled and renumbered all of my riddles here for you. The answers to the riddles are titles to television programmes. If you think you know the answer to any of the riddles, go ahead and PM it to me. Please do not put any of the answers in the blog's comments. Riddles that are coloured in green are considered difficult. Those in orange are much easier. No riddle remains unsolved to this day. Riddle#38: Slow runners dressed in red Breath givers to the drowning dead But it's the ones in yellow that I seek A spoof with a plot that's just as weak. Riddle#39: 86400 = 1440 = ? = A really bad time for him. Riddle#40: A suburb where many 'LIES ARE WAIT'N' to be revealed. Riddle#41: Cast from Stone, it's a town full of Parker's. Riddle#43: A hero in shiny black armour, with shifty red eyes, and so intelligently driven. Riddle#44: An agent that's numbered, and an open and close relationship with the doors. Riddle#45: A boss that doesn't really exist, and a Dick that doesn't really have one. Riddle#46: They ask you how to get there, but they bring it to you by letter. Riddle#47: Night had wrote of the boy's cursed plight, the fears the child endured from his gifted sight. Now Love is cast to give this time that which are gone a peace of mind. Riddle#48: Like Mork, they're a bunch of dorks. Stupid and intelligent at the same time. As student and teacher, lover and communicator, They chose here out of the nine.
