I had previously wondered that I might have made a mistake by not letting the readers vote instead. The reason I had decided against this was because I figured most will not read all the nominated entrees, and will simply vote based on the ones that they have read. Which will in the end be more like a popularity contest. But I have received the scores from the judges. And I have tabulated them and have converted them into charts to check for discrepencies. I was very surprise to learn that their scores were quite consistent with each other. So even despite the difference in gender and age, the judges all generally share the same opinion. I'm glad I made the right decision, glad the contest is a success, and I am thankful for everyone's interest, help and participation. Even though it's the 3rd of March here, it is not the case in other places. So bear with me everyone. The winner will only be announced in just afew more hours later.
