hey everyone,

It has been a long time since i was last logged on... sorry to my fellow officer's at the KHE and SEN unions... but i promise i'll make it up...

okey first off a little life update..

As you may know i had found a new appartement and it was closer to my job... and everything was going good exept that i wasnt able to get a phone line and i had to live frome my cousin's cellphone for a month( that means no internet ...no ffxi or GS). but everything was still okey... i had problem ajusting because all my bills went high and my my salary did not...:P and so for the last month everything was pretty okey.

Until last saturday... as you know 90% of gamers and collectors have one fear in common... getting robbed well.... it happend to me... i got robbed...:( ( i still take it very hard on myself...). I was still really lucky. My gameroom right now only allowed me to set 3 consols... and i only took out the games for those consoles... and my SE collection of course... everything else (that means about 30 consoles from atari to ps2 and about 700 games) were all in closed boxes in storage in my guestromm's closet... so the robbers only took what they saw... ( my ps3 my 360 my wii my ds and my psp) as for the games they only took about 10 wii games and 6-7 ps3 games....) but on the worst side they found my SE collection and took about 30 games... wich i took really hard... now since saturday the police are on the case and all but i have little hope of getting them back....

and lastly that made me realize i wanted to go back to my home town....Montreal... ( soyes i may lose internet again(this time hope it dosent take a mnth to get hoop again:P

for my games update

I finished ff crystal chronicle on ds... man it was a little cheesy but it was still a big 9 out of ten sand the multiplayer rocks...

I had givin up on ffxi but its like if i lost a part of my life so i am getting back into it again:P heyhey i think ill even start a new caracter....

i finished FFX again and i already want to play it again.... is it me or this game is addictive?....

oh and sadly i dint have time to finish grandia x-treme ... before they stole it:'(

I finished crisis core... oh man this is diffenatly a masterpiece... but again.. the umd was in my psp whan they stole it so i also lost this game

Graphic change...

Ichanged my profile's picture for a change... I wanted to see more little Ingus:P the banner is not really great its just temporary...but i like the header... i took two different screenshot pictures and blended them together.... i like the result...the only thing is i lost alot of resolution to make it fit into 50k....:(

Life Update

I found a really good appartement two corners from my job... so i wont need a car at all :D the only sad part is that i had to give my dogs to my cousin... but ill still visite them once in while.... I was glad my little brother joined GS he isnt very active right now because he wants to get to know the website first...:P lazy bum:P

last night my friend sent me on a blind date... an i went to the restaurent with her.. at first it was great but in the middle of the discution.. i told her that a really cool game was comming out..(crisis core of course).. She then went all uptight and said..."dont be such a kid you should give your video games away).... 5 min later the date was over... now that i think about it i find it really funny.....

Game Update

Well first off i picked up my copy of FF crystal chronicle on ds but i wont play it for now.. i dont want it to intefer when crisis core comes out...

I think i am done with FFXI finally after about 4years of active gaming ... i think ill go on to something else....

Recently i started a new FFX playtrought I am now back at Mt Gagazet and i realize i can never get tired of this game...

I finished my third playthrought of FF3 on ds (it only has 3save game spot...so if i want to play a new game i cant save....:cry: )

I also completed Dragon Quest Swords on wii... beleive me this game is worth it big time... i cant say anything without spoiling your fun:P but trust me it is alot better then you could think...

I am curently playing Grandia Xtreme... i will be honest... it isnt the greatest rpg but i actually pretty enjoy the combat system..and the music is REALLY good.

This is like the worst three weeks of my life:( Iusually try to keep my personnal non-gaming life out of gamespot... but this is the worst... i mean check out my last couple of weeks... week1: me and my girlfriend deceided to move to the second story appartement in the same block witch was owned by my uncle... with my two dogs. My uncle and I make sure everything is ok..... week 2: my girlfriend deceided to move back to her home-city because she was homesick (she deceided this overnight without a warning...( in other word she dumped me without any other reasons.... so i have to paint the whole new appartement on my own and i have to move all my stuff... plus i get to keep my two dogs..(black labs)... week 3: out of the blue my uncle walk into my new appartement with some stranger.. and deceides to look around with that guy and then leaves.. 2hours later i find out that he sold the appartement block to his son-in-law and i have 2weeks to move out...i take the rest of the week to try to find a new appartement and guest what the only ones that are available are all pets-free so now now i need to find a new place for them.. i finally found a good decent appartement but i have to give my dogs away... so yes i have a crapy moment in my life right now and those are like 99% of the reason i am less active in gamespot sorry to everyone who i made comitment to help i will try my best to help out but i cant do any miracles either... oh yes and btw this whole time i am still working my 45-50 hours a week....*Bangs head on keyboard*

This morning i had the greatest suprised in the mail... i received my japanese games that i ordered from Ebay... because has you may know in north american releases i am only missing 2 games from Square Enix ever published.. and so now i am starting gradually to get the classics that never made it out of japan... i already played most of them on emulator but i wanted the original cartriges ... here is a list of the ones i just received....

I was relief yesterday to get a phone call informing me that my pre-order was in... i picked it up this moorning and started playing right when i got back.. i only played about three hours and here are my first impression....

Firtst off as soon as you start up your disc you get the same music from the previous DQ games...i cant say for sure witch one but it sounds REALLY familiar trust me:P the graphics are Practically the exact one from DQ VIII on ps2 and every event caracters has its own voice over...witch are really well done. the objective of the game is to be a hack and slash but litteraly hack and slash with your wiimote.

SE probably wanted to go back to theire roots in terms of Dragon Quest here are some examples... 1)every sound effect you get from popening chest collecting money vinquishing a creature or even using an item are taken from the nes/snes effect sounds. 2)the main caracter is only known as the hero even in the instruction booklet there is no name so you can actually think you are the hero and name him whatever you whant. 3)like every DQ games all the memorable monsters are here slimes,drakies....etc 4) in the original first 7 DQ games and and dq monters games when you fight you get to be in first person so that you are the one facing your enemy...this brings me to my next point.

As you all propably know and i will still mention it for the ones who may not or just havent realized it the two biggest rpgs series are of course final fantasy and dragon quest/warrior. and the main difference from both are on two points 1)final fantasy likes to improuve and change theire games where Dragon Quest still want to improuve but likes better to re-use the same old-school look...and 2)Final fantasy always used the third person view so that the game would be seen as a story book...and DRagon quest used the first person view in combat so that you feel like you are in the story.

Back to DQ:Sword.... I will try to make as less spoiler has i can... first off as i can see yet you will be granted a party of four in your adventure you the hero will be the main caracter the prince Anlancee will be the paladin, and claymore the hero'S dad with he was a skilled sword's man who lost an arm will be a powerful caster, also there is Fleurette a beautiful young lady who will be your mage.

the starting prologue sets the tone in the kingdom of Avalonia7 years after the defeat of the last black lord (i already forgot is name :() witch was vanquished by Claymore the heroe's dad.. i still don't know if he was alone or if he had helped.....you start out in the middle of the annual festival of peace and you get your first sword training from your father'S teacher Grandmaster Dao. the next day is your 16th birthday and you get to go on the walk of the worthy to the northern plains...i will not spoil it from here but trust it really start after the walk of the worthy to be really interesting...

i think i will end this blog for and hope you guys check this game out i think Dragon Quest serie is way too under-rated now a days...

I have a collection of over 700 games and more then 27 different console.

But my favorite collection is my Square Enix's collection (all the North-American release) I am only missing three games.
