Go to http://support.xbox.com/support/en/us/nxe/LiveIDSignIn.aspx?redirectUrl=http://support.xbox.com/support/en/us/nxe/registerdevice.aspx?step=repair It'll ask for your serial number and for you to describe the problem. Then you'll have the option to print out a mailing label or have them send you a box with one. Printing out your own label is going to make it quicker... Once you do that pack it up and bring it to ups...
I'm a little worried that the NXE may have caused a lot of RROD's meaning the repair process will take longer than usual.St0ned_R4ider
It looks like this wasn't the case. I sent mine in on Monday and the repair is already complete and it's supposed to be getting shipped. So I figure I'll get it back Wednesday and ten days isn't bad at all. It looks like they're sending me back my original console, but they gave me a new one year standard warranty which is awesome because my original one was expired.
