If you want an insanely difficult puzzle type game, check out the Myst series, Myst III and IV are probably the best.

There was this game i remember playing back on eitehr snes/playstation1/2 it was an RPG i believe, anyways i can hardly remember any of it, except for a few details. I remember a winter scene, and that this short haired woman, with a red scarf/cloth material covering her lower face was helping me escape...jail or something, form the underground i think. I'm sorry its not much help but the womans look was unique and i believe she was a playable character, it's been bothering me for a couple of days now ever since i remembered it, and i would really love to know what game it was! pictures and comments are very welcome.The scarf was quite unique it was bright red, and kind of loose, and it covered her up to her nose, i believe her weaponof choice was a sword. and short brown hair? maybe...
