I don't think I will ever understand blogs and why people use them. Who's going to read it? It's like having a diary that you cannot write secrets in because it's viewable by anyone, but no one will view it anyway. My friends don't have blogs because they just talk about what they're up to straight to my face or on the phone. When you have many friends who write 5+ paragraph blogs nearly every day, it gets way too time consuming to read not to mention incredibly boring if the author is just boring. Corporate blogs I'll understand because it is a new "hip" way to divulge precious tidbits of information.
Even though I find blogs pointless, the fad has not died yet. It seems every single site out there offers some sort of blog. Fortunately, I can for-see the death of blogs if the series of tubes called the Interweb continues to offer a blog to write in on every single website around. Perhaps then people will become too lazy to read and write if they have no already. If anyone happens to be reading this, there is no need to instantly start spamming the irony of my simple rant posted through my Gamespot blog. I'm just tired of seeing the Memorial day post from two years ago on my main page. I wonder if the people who commented on that post realized that the entry was posted two years ago.
Most likely the people who are viewing my profile right now are here from my Halo 2 modding videos that are beloved by all ages. I thank you all for the support and comments. If you would like me to post stuff in my blog about modding Halo 2 such as the process, how it was done, and anything else related to the subject, feel free to leave a comment on this entry telling me what you want to hear about. I'll only keep this blog going if there are things people want to read from my blog. So leave a comment about what you want the next blog entry to be about.
