Gears of War 2

Got Gears 2 yesterday and I just completed it today. I've found the game to be great, more guns, more sounds, CHAINSAW DUELING and plenty of new enemies. I have already complted it on hardcore so next weekend if I have time I'm going to start the insane side of things. My brother at the moment is playing he is taking his time (only just past the hospital) he loves it.

I've had to help him out a number of times already so the drop in/drop out feature really comes in handy when he needs help in those tricky spots. I'll inform all of you when I have completed the insane difficulty.

I'm Back!

None of you would know this but I've been away for nine weeks on King Island for a school camp. We were not allowed to be on the internet, watch TV or play games on computers. The computers were for 'work' only. King Island was great I got to stay with all my mates for a huge amount of time and we went on two hikes which in total covered the entire coastline of King Island (its bigger than you think).

I didn't complete the northern side as my feet got infected and all the skin was falling off it (very painful) but I did the last day which was a 25km hike and we completed it in a few hours.

I got sent to hospital once as I had a head injury. How'd I get it? weellll.... We found this car spring in the 'Shed of Inspiration' and we thought it would be a good idea to bounce it on the road. We were having a god time then I got ontop of a nearby park bench and threw it from up there. Instead of going away from me it came right back! The injury gave me a third eye and it just touched my skull. I was in hospital for a few days as I kept losing conciousness and forgetting who I was. I'm fine now, the spring is in my garden and I think my mom is going to bring it out on my 21st just so she can show my friends how much of an idiot I was in year 9.

I've been home for about a week and I get really bored as I am used to having all my friends around me, playing card games or monopoly which my friend Will 'always' seemed to win. I know no how to budget as well as we had to do everything ourselves on KI. It got really annoying to see that we were over budget as it was our money that was going down the drain not our parents (for once).

Unreal Tournament 3

Just bought a copy of UT3 for the 360 and it has some Gears of War 2 content with it, it talks about the new maps and moves even a thing called stopping power so u cant just run up to someone and shoot the hell out of him with shotgun  the actual game itself is fun and not like some of the other unreal games you might have played. The whole planet is covered with these respawners and the whole objective is to get rid of the power source let it be a flag or core or the actual enemies themselves. The game starts off slow but quickly speeds up and turns into a very enjoyable experiance.

I rate this game 8/10

Peggle

I find this game really addictive, at nearly every oppurtunity I start playing I can't stop I just feel like I must finish it as fast as possible. This game has a few different versions such as the half-life version which turns the characters into mutants. All the characters during the game give silly advice or 'peggle words of wisdoms' . The challenges keep the game going as the adventure mode is easily completeable and the challenge modes just keep everyone interested and playing.

This may make the game seem boring and it may be for some but for me and several of my friends that I play with on it find this adictive and with my friends I also have some competition o my hands with who can get the highest score on adventure mode and also on duel mode which is quick so I can get several games in when I have nothing else to do. I recommend this game for people that occaisasionaly have nothing to do.
