Don't know if you already know or could tell from the title, but I'm at level 24 "I Fell Asleep!." Aren't I so clever :P Anyways, for this blog I'm going to do my first impressions of Assassin's Creed and The Orenge box both for PS3, Valkiria Chronicles is still shipping but I'll do that one soon.
Assassin's Creed (So far)
What I liked: Me being a fan of the Hitman series I like the assassinations, finding your target, secretly picking off guards and then striking. The visuals are freaking amasing! Huge cities to explore. One of the best parts is also the chases, running from guards and hiding is very satisfing.
What I didn't like: The fact that guards will attack you randomly. Example, When traveling to your next destination there isn't much to do no missions just view points so you want to get to the action ASAPso you go fast of course. But then every guard out of Camalot decides you need to die and chase you down. The same thing happens in cities, stand to clos to one and they try killing you. I'm also not to fond of the plot, It's not like they couldn't have set up a plot any other way. It could have just been that you are an assassin and you have to kill people for the church, simple. The lst thing is that the side missions get very repeditive.
Out of the 5 games on the Orange Box Ive Played Portal and TF2 SO I'm just doing those two.
Portal
Liked: The best humor I've ever heard in any game ever. The fact that it's just so creative. Good learning curve. Fun puzzles. Never repeditive.
Didn't like: That there's nothing to not like.
Team Fortres 2
Like: All the classes are fun to use. Funny. Love the art style of the characters.Great visuals.
Didn't like: Very little diversity in maps. No DLC on PS3 unlike PC and 360 versions. Strictly online only no local deathmatch or story mode. Moreexperienced players take advantage of glitches for cheap kills.
