WoW, haven't posted a comment in years, but you guys are attrocious when it comes to hardware.
Only thing that you got right is that 4K requires 4X times the power to run than FullHD(1080p).
CPU upgrade is very minimal, because it's just a minor clock bump and this is a laptop CPU to boot.
The GPU ugpgrade on the other hand is massive, the performance upgrade there is close to 50%, where the CPU upgrade will offer around 10% max performance difference.
And the power consumption will remain the same as the new GPU will be build on the new 14nm tech.
