PS Vita has a much larger, nicer-looking screen, and the reason the PSP lost the last gen handheld race. It didn't do enough to differentiate itself from the ps2, and was basically a novelty instead of a necessity.
You can't use rockband drums or guitar on any guitar hero game but you can use a guitar hero guitar on rockband 2 you need the rockband drums will rock on guitar hero on xbox 360.
