I just tried to retrieve my early access data and it had the loading symbol in the corner for ages and did nothing, I dashboarded and tried again, it went to the main menu and I don't have my pro from pro seasons! Can I get it or is it gone now, I am livid

I have a Samsung LE32C530, and I'm really struggling to get the picture at its best, I was wondering if anyone has this TV or any 32" TV with decent settings. I have a HDMI cable plugged in and it's on 1080p, I'm just struggling with the actual TV settings, brightness, contrast and all that

This morning I turned my xbox on but my xbox power button had a solid red light in the centre with an E68 Error message, turns out that my harddrive is done for, I was just wondering if it's possible to transfer the data on the broken HDD to a brand new one, so I don't lose all my data, I realise that this may sound stupid as it's broken but I'm desperate.
