Hi

This is just a short message to let you know, that the HotSpot RSS feed is listed in the wrong order. By that I mean, the shows are listed with 2005 shows first and the most recent are located in the bottom. This means that the RSS aggregators, e.g. iTunes, Democracy Player, etc., think the 2005 shows are the newest ones.

Hopefully you will change this.

Thank you in advance. :o)

I'm surprised how much attention such a short IGN "news" post has received.

Untill Nintendo officially announces anything, we can't really know for sure what their online service will be like. However, we already know from the E3 press conference that they will be able to push software updates onto the consoles.

"There will be something new every day!" was actually uttered as well. Now, this could be anything really. But I'm thinking most definitely that there will be some kind of unified user interface and at least a ICQ/MSN/Yahoo kind of friends/chat system built into it.

You wake up, stroll by your telly and see that the Wii is blinking much like an Apple laptop when recharging. It's communicating with you, letting you know that a friend has sent you a message, email or the service is letting you know that there is some exciting "new" old game available in the Virtual Console. It could also be informing you of new maps available for Mario Galaxy.

Take a look at how Steam (for the PC) has changed over the years - why would that not be possible for a console as well? What the service looks like at launch may not at all be what it looks like two years later.

Just a thought.
