Medal of Honor progress

You know, I'm still playing that Medal of Honor. Admittedly I stopped for about a week but right now I'm still playing that puppy. Everytime I think I'm about done, another level pops up. It's great!:!: It's like playing the never ending game!

Medal of Honor

Medal of Honor is great! For the most part. The aiming sucks. And the fact that when you try to "peek" around the corner, you get pelted by whoever is there, really bites. There just doesn't seem to be any way to hide and still get a shot off. Then when you shoot, the sucker takes forever to die. So you have to expose yourself for a long time to kill someone and all the while you get shot by others. Far as I'm concerned this needs some work.

Ghost Recon Jungle Storm

Just finished Ghost Recon: Jungle Storm. Not bad. However it's just more of the same. Nothing really new. So now I'm off sometime today to pick up a new game. Still not sure what that will be. Of course I'll be sure to keep you posted. It’s kind of cool to be able to walk into the store and know you can pick out whatever game you want thanks to the gift card you received for Christmas or your birthday. Both of which happened for me. Best to all of you!8)

Christmas was saved!

Christmas was saved! One of the in-laws got me a $40.00 CD Tradepost gift certificate for Christmas. Everything else they can keep! Just give me my games!

Cancer is the worst.

My wife is in Leavenworth, visiting her father in the hospital. He’s kicking of lung cancer.
I had a friend once who died of the same thing. I miss him. He was a good friend. If there is an afterlife, I hope he’s having a ball.

Parking in the garage!

I bought this house nearly six years ago. Can you believe I’ve never parked in the garage? Well that is no longer the case. I’ve cleaned it out and from this day forward I get to park indoors just like my wife. Now that’s cool!8)

Ghost Recon

Well I've finally finished Ghost Recon and when I did I was totally surprised to find Desert Siege at the end. Two games in one! Cool!

Once I finally figured out Ghost Recon everything went fine. However, I was really surprised to find that the claymore mines only work on missions where the game says they are needed. I ended up having to blow up that tank with a M136. The game just doesn't allow you to blow things up any way you please. Bummer.

But finding Desert Siege at the end made up for everything else.

Ghost Recon bug

I've been playing Ghost Recon lately. Bugs galore!

I’m currently stuck on Mission 5. You have to knock out a tank to pass through to Mission 6. Or at least I think you do since I’ve been to the roof top with my squad but no helicopter ever shows up. The only enemy in sight is the tank. So I have got to believe that it’s the problem. However, when I set the explosive, it refuses to blow up. It blows up in the training session but for some reason it does not here. I must be missing something but what I haven’t a clue.

Darfur's Genocide

SaveDarfur.org has a post called "Background" that's worth checking out...

Merry Christmas Gamers!

Merry Christmas Gamers! Yeah it's less than a month away now. Last year I new exactly what I wanted. This year is a completely different story. I haven’t a clue what I’m going to ask for. I’m tempted to revisit Final Fantasy again. However I take pause simply because I have tried an earlier version and didn’t care for it since it became all about puzzles and jumping here to there. Now I see where everybody is all excited about it and here what a great game it is. So I’m tempted.
Bully is another thought. But I’m just not sure. Now if Halo had a PS/2 version I’d definitely try that one.
Let’s face it, the list of potentials goes on and on.
