Anybody know how to level up easily in oblivion, becuase I seriously need to lvl up. (It's not that I suck at Oblivion)

Should I get Kane and Lynch Dead Men for the PS3, becasue I have heard alot of mixed things about. Some good, some bad. So I am thinking I should just rent it first rather than buy it, but multiplayer does look very fun. I dont know wheather I should buy it or not.
