@naryanrobinson I checked out a let's play just to make sure. And this game has a tactical menu for your companions. You can tell them to act on their own, defend themselves, attack from a distance and heal. So yeah, my point stands.

If the former game Mars: War Logs is anything to go by, you're supposed to manage your companions different combat stances according to the situation. So berating the game for having useless companions that die easily, makes me think the reviewer just tried to blast his way through on the aggressive setting.

My 325 gamerscore is the envy of all my friends. And to be fair, I don't even own an Xbox console. That's just the points I got on an Games for windows live title on PC.

So is this a remake/remaster of the 2010 release or a new game?

Capcom is going the route of THQ. Mediocre games, bad decisions and DLC overkill. Unless they start pumping out some serious fan service, they'll be forced to sell off their assets by the end of 2014.

I'm pretty sure this is just a reskinned version of The Scourge Project: Episode 1 & 2. Game isn't half bad actually, I've played a lot worse.
