It's Been Awhile!

Hey, everyone. Delta here with a brand new blog post. I do believe the last time I made a post was two summers ago when I talked about how I pretty much beat Half-Life 2, Episode 1 & 2 in a matter of weeks, (which is impressive, amirite) and I forgot my laptop charger at my grandmother's place. Two weeks before the summer ended, my aunt and uncle WENT to my grandmother's place and came back with the laptop charger. What luck. Not so lucky now since my mother's laptop has pop poured all over it, so now it's useless. I'm forced to share my laptop with my mother. SHARE is the keyword. 95% of the time she's using it. I barely even get a .5 percentage, unless I go to my relative's place and jack up their power bill by running the computer 24/7. Enough about my life, let's talk about games!

Recently, I bought 'Alpha Protocol'. Despite the critic's reviews, I loved it. It was like Mass Effect, minus the space environment and lasers. The story was a bit cliched, but there were memorable quotes. In other news, I pre-ordered Duke Nukem Forever back in....September? Because I heard the release date would be in February. WRONG. Late December, it was revealed that the FINAL, I repeat, FINAL release date would be in May. And, of course, like any raging video game fanatic without a life raged like there was no tomorrow. It was fun talking to you guys today, and I hope you have a good week, month, or whatever.

Bad Day in Canada...

Hello, Gamespotters. My name is Subject Delta, but you can call me Subject, or just Delta. I'm not new to Gamespot, I've been around this jungle for awhile. Saw some strange sh&% on my perilous journey. But I'm afraid this one takes the cake. While I was away on vacation for 2-3 weeks in a New Brunswick capitol called Hyrule, just joshin'. It's called Fredericton, I was visiting my grandparents, but mostly playing Half-Life 2, Episode 1, Episode 2 and Max Payne the whole time. And when it came to going home on the bus, I noticed something was missing. My laptop adapter. 2 hours away from Fredericton, the point of no return. I had to give a proper service for my newly deceased laptop. I know what you're saying, ''Buy new cable, you cheap sonova*$&#^''. But you're right, I am a cheap sonova*$&#^, a cheap sonova*$&#^ seperated from civilization due to epic geekiness. Until next time. -Subject Delta
