I beat Fallout but I never got the expansions. I'm really interested in New Vegas, do all the expansions connect to one another to one grand story or are they all new stories in different places?

I have a few questions about the leveling system...

do you get EXP for killing people? or do i only get exp from completing missions?
When I level up does everyone in my team level up or do I have to bring the ones I want to level to battle?
what is the highest level?
is it possible to level up all the way before the end of the game?

When scanning a planet for elements is it broken up into its square quadrants? or is it really specific on where you launch the probe to get maximum value?

I am 22 and I am still the gamer I was 8 years ago. Maybe I don't put as much time as I used to but I'm still competitive and can enjoy a game for what it is. I don't really get it too much that I'm old and should stop playing but I do hear about it. Makes me wonder when they hit my age will they still be saying the same thing? Or would the "age limit"risenand we're the cut off age forever? who knows
