AC2, MW2 and possibly L4D2. Except I haven't even played the first version of either of those games so I don't know if missing the first game to play the second will make it less fun or ruin anything for me. I don't have many Xbox 360 games since it's so expensive paying for them all. I still don't know whether to save for a Wireless network adaptor for xbox live since I heard some people have problems with the connections, but who knows.

My birthday is in early October, which is one of my main sources for any games I may want. The only rencently released game I can think to ask for is Halo ODST (I will already have Batman AA), and I am worrited ODST is not worth wasting a selection on since I will mostly buy it for single player and already own all DLC for Halo 3. The only other games that may be worth asking for are Resident Evil 5 or Dead Space, since I never got around to either.

So basically I am asking for recs between ODST (which no one has yet), RE5, and Dead Space. I am looking for a really good story and possibly some replayability. Thanks for any opinions and help!

I'm not sure if this is an option for you, but why don't you ask for money instead of games if your family is willing toand then pre-order a new release in November if you have the patience, although that's only if you're interested in the ones being released, i.e. Left 4 Dead 2, Modern Warfare 2, Assassin's Creed 2, etc. They seem to have good replayability; may be a bit costly but could be worth your time and money. It's an option and obviously it's up to you whether you would be interested in taking it on board.

AC2 is a single player game so no such luck with XBL, try Modern Warfare 2 for XBL its comin out around the same time as AC2 n wayz, the release date is like november 7th or sumtin based on wat i remember... u no the limited edtions with those extra bonus stuff, art book, behind the scenes stuff, this comes with an action figure like the last but much bigger lol i personally loved the 1st AC, and the 2nd AC is looking to b awesome being set in italy n all that, good stuff

Thanks for the reply, I plan on getting MW2 Hardened Edition along with XBL, etc but I'm thinking about getting one more game, doesn't really have to be for XBL but it seems like the game will continuely get used if you can play it on XBL, from what I've heard. I have a few games I'm considering such as, AC2, L4D2 but I don't really know much about AC2, thats all.

Hello

I'm looking into what games I want to buy soon when I get Live and had a few questions regarding this game.

- What is the release date?

- What's so good about the White and Black editions of the game and is it worth getting either of them?

- Do you play AC2 on XBL or is a solo game, and how is the solo experience/story?

I know the game hasn't come out yet but I'm sure some of you have been studying it and finding out all the information possible about it.

Thanks!

[QUOTE="YaKyle94"]

How much is the hardened edition?

Strife88

It was $10 more than the regular, but like I said it no longer exists.

Hardened Edition no longer exists? Are you in Australia?

That sucks if it's not available. I know eb games in Australia sold out of Prestige already but I'm not interested in Prestige. I hope I can get a Hardened Edition.

So, basically the online population won't change... if so, not much at all?

SpinoRaptor24

I'd say it would increase because of the new maps.

Alright, sounds good.

Thanks for the replies!

Hi

Just wondering if many of you will continue to play Halo 3 once the new 'Halo 3: ODST' comes available soon, or is everyone going to purchase the new Halo and play that to death while we wait for the new hyped titles in November?

All these good TV's make me jealous, I just have like standard TV, not sure on size, maybe.. 26-ish inch or so. I'd really like a 42+ HD LCD or something, not just for the Xbox but for watching DVD's with friends and family. I love good quality pictures but I guess mine does okay for what it is.
