Pie has been estimated to have been first created around 2000 B.C. At any time during 1400 B.C. and 600 B.C, pie was thought to have been passed on to the Greeks by the Eygyptians. Around 100 B.C. Pie had been spread by Greece to Rome, meaning Pie had been aroung for at least 1000 years. The first ever made is thought to be a rye-crusted goat cheese and honey pie. Many, many years later, in the 12th century, Pie had been introduced to England. (Mostly meat pies)

Pie was brought with the English settlers to America. From then on, we have had what we have come to love. Pie.
