Early March, the studio heads at Infintiy Ward are fired; Jason West and Vincent Zampella. Why would Activison fire the top workers who made a game that broke aworldrecord (Biggest Entartainment Launch or something like that) and made millions of dollars. Well Activision stated that West and Zampella were trying to start their own company, which was a breach of contract. So they got fired. West and Zampella counter-sued Activison for "unpaid royalities" and said that Activison really fired them so Activison would not have to pay them. West and Zampella now want the rights to Call of Duty, complete ownership of Infinity Ward, and the unpaid royalities. Just a few weeks ago, it was revealed that West and Zempella actually were making a new company; Respawn Entertainment! Respawn Entertainment is now partnered up with EA (which is Activisons, biggest competitor). As of late, some developers from Infinty Ward are leaving for Respawn. Some (current) rumors (,they might not be rumors,) say that Acvison is bribing Infinty Ward develpers not to leave for Respawn.
