The LSAT can be a pain. Most questions usually come down to two options and you have to select the "most right" of the two.

To at least be fair to the story it should be said that this pretty much came about because an officer was shot and killed in his driveway on his way to work a couple days ago.  Not that this would have changed the situation at all but it's why not many people in Arizona thought twice about it.

Yeah I can almost guarantee if you combine the sales of both PS4 models it has outsold the XboxOne.

The average marine wouldn't fair well against the average MMA fighter because the average marine isn't a killing machine. They are all trained riflemen and have some hand to hand combat training but then a large amount of them go on to non combat jobs where their combat effectiveness drops. The average MMA fighter trains specifically to fight and likes doing so. Not every marine likes fighting and a large amount of them are one enlistment and done. So if you are talking about the average MMA fighter against the average marine then I would say the marine loses at least 7 out of 10 times.

A better question is whether an elite MMA against an elite marine would win. Then I would lean more towards the marine because the elite marines (as with any elite service member in any military branch around the world) are training everyday for unconventional combat and are often battle tested in more stressfull environments than a UFC fight.

My opinion from growing up around and in the military.

If you are enlisting then pick the branch that offers you the job you want to do.  If you join the Army because you gain rank faster or the Air Force because they have the best living conditions but still end up in a job you don't want to do then you are going to be miserable.  Your top priority should be to make sure that you will have some interest in what you are doin everyday.

The way I was told it works is that it depends on the "attitude" of the law passed.

Say the law making marijuana legal is worded in a way that states that it is every persons right to use it if they so choose and it should have never been illegal.  Then there would be grounds for people in jail for only marijuana use (not dealing and so on) to be released.

However if the law passed states that from this point forward the use of marijuana will be legal with no mention of rights or the past stance of marijuana use being wrong, then the likelyhood of anyone getting out of prison would probably be minimal.

Most job reports are skewed in one direction or another.  It's nearly impossible to see what the actual unemployment is.

For instance I doubt this job report would include the employees placed on furlough in anticipation of budget cuts hitting businesses that depend on federal money.  I'll be more interested in what people are saying in a few months.

My Distributed Systems class.  Mostly because the professor is possibly the most boring person alive.

How about getting arrested for carrying an illegal firearm after accidentally shooting yourself in the leg?
