How much % i need to complete the story mode in GTA IV ??

Ok so in GTA IV there is a box thet you can open it and see couple of pictures ,(whos have this game know what im talking abut)

, well i want to know if its on GTA EFLC TOO ??...

1) I think i can get it on steam for best prize but i want it on box i dont know why i love to buy games on the box even its more expensive.

2) I From israel so really 35$ is the bestprize i can get for now.
