Wow. I havent posted a blog since august, when school started.

Of course I am a senior now.

The girl I was talking about in the other post, aggh I dumped her a long time ago for cheating. ****.

I have a new girl that Ive been with for over a month now. And we are getting along better and better so much, everyday. And she is the most beautiful girl I have seen in a while, yet she is like me. Metal fan, agnostic, been through a lot of weird **** (her dad is in jail for battery and posession of drugs and DUI) and its nice to have someone to care for, and be there for. Almost everyone hates her because she was a cheating whore, she used to have sex all the time with a different guy every month. But she worked hard on her part, supposedly dropped that, her drug and drinking problems. Everyday she is happier, and we are in a serious relationship. Its very nice. VERY nice. I love her unlike any past relationshiip.

Ever since I met her, I kinda stopped playing video games altogether and started working out A LOT, working on my instrument skills, and stuff like that. I have already dropped 4 inches on my waist, and everyone says Im skinny now. Its weird, cause I dont feel as big and bad, but Im building muscle too just to hold my reputation XD

I dont have much to complain about at all right now. Life is going pretty well.

Hope its going good for anyone who read this blog :)

I will post more often....I just went through so much **** **** at the beginning of this year, just....UGH.

Hey dudes, I thought Id give a little update.

First of all I upgraded from a wireless router to a wired router (I guess you can call that upgrading) and my PC is much faster now, and I wont constantly lose connection, which is GREAT. I would constantly lose connection through games like L4D and TF2 and I would get so mad. Everything moves as smooth as single player, and my speedtest results are twice as high. Awesome.

Also, I have great plans to build the ULTIMATE gaming computer.

Im gonna buy this Intel DP455G Extreme series motherboard, to start off with. I dont need SLI support, and this has crossfire, but its what Ive been looking for. It has two LGA775 slots, quad core compatible. Im gonna buy TWO quad cores at 2.8ghz and try to overclock them to 3.0ghz each. Imagine that. Two quads. 8 CORES 3.0ghz per core thats gonna be MESSED UP. In a good way.

And then, I will buy 4 gb of DDR3 RAM, and I might upgrade to 8gb later after that.

Either way, with that setup, a new awesome looking case, and my new psu and GTX 275 Im gonna play everything.

I can already max out L4D but games like Oblivion struggle a bit because of my dual core 1.6ghz processor.

Im totally stoked.

And I actually might have a girlfriend for the first time in a while. She looks EXACTLY like Heather from Silent Hill 3 but she has red hair. Shes beautiful and really smart, and we have similar interests. I still got to get to know her better though, I hate rushing that stuff.

I play Americas Army and Battlefield 2 online, but I am now downloading The Orange Box and Left 4 Dead!! I am definitely gonna be playing Team Fortress and Left 4 Dead online soon!

And aside from gaming, yesterday was a terrible day haha...

My band was supposed to open for some local arts musical thing. We were gonna play a few classic rock songs, including Taking Care of Business, Dont Stop Believing, Rock and Roll all nite, and some more. I dont like those songs at all, but you have to start with popular songs if you wanna get somewhere.

But anyway, like I said, we were going to go onstage when this huge thunderstorm hit and struck some sound equipment. Now the sound is toast, and we wont be able to play this weekend. Ugh. Whatever, I have plenty of stuff to do on the computer lol....

Wow, I finally installed my GeForce GTX 275, and after I played with the settings, even my desktop looks HD. Colors are AMAZINGLY great, my eyes are melting even at the clarity of the text I am typing! My avatar looks actually detailed now instead of a small red blurry blotch of pixels. Wow, is all I can say. I can finally play Left 4 Dead and Oblivion completely maxed out. I cant wait to see how far I can go with Crysis.

The only problem now...My processor SUCKS ASS.

And the motherboard is way outdated. Nothing above a dual core will fit in it, and I cant find one compatible thats more than 2.3 ghz.

So, Im going to save up money for a new motherboard. Hopefully I can also fit in a budget for 4gb of RAM, and of course at least a quad core processor of some sort. Around the 2.0ghz or more range.

But thats all but a dream now.

Oh yeah, I also got the new power supply installed, the Ultra 750W. The amount of cables on that thing was INSANE. I could hardly close the case, so that brings up the question of a knew case. I might buy a bigger Alien case or something. And I need a new hard drive, maybe a 1TB. Jesus Christ....

I got some saving to do until I complete my ultimate rig.

Whats up dudes! I just got back from a trip from the beach and I finally got a deal on an amazing graphics card that Ive wanted for a very long time.

The Geforce GTX series are expensive but apparently some of the best. Im stoked that I finally have my hands on an awesome model. It was only 250 bucks which is great for such a great card. I almost bought the GTX 280 but it was too much money...

Theres a few problems, however. Im not using it right now. The card is so damn big that it stretches from one side of my computer box to the other, but I rearranged some cords and it fits perfectly. I met all the system requirements, including 2gb of ram, a pci express slot and all that other stuff, but apparently that was not enough. I forgot to look at the one thing that I still cant believe I overlooked......the wattage of my power supply. The GTX 275 is so damn big that it requires its own power through two 6 pin cables or one six pin that splits into two-four pin cables.

I have a 300w standard ATX power box. The GTX requires a 575 watt pci express compliant AT LEAST.

Jesus Christ! My power box doesnt even have the required slots to plug in everything! I cracked open the box, threw in the GTX 275 and my Gateways just like "HELLL NO" and spat it back out at me. Now Im back to my crappy. 9200 GS.

So, I have to find a compatible power supply for my computer now, and I have to make sure it has the right slots. I did some research, and I found the Ultra LSP750 750-Watt Power Supply that seems to fit my computer. Im not sure though.

Its at Tiger Direct for a great price. RIGHT HERE. If someone is really smart with computers and reads my blog....uh can you please tell me if this can handle a GTX 275? It seems to have everything, and its ATX for my computer...I just dont know much about power supplies and its kind of intimidating. Thanks dudes.

Anyway, I have some research to do and some money to spend before I can start playing top of the line games like Crysis. Thanks for any help. And thanks for reading my blog :D

Hey whats up. To start off, i got a new ps3 and successfully restored all my data. For some reason I lost killzone 2 story mode data and battlefield 1943 data but I dont care I got trophies to prove my accomplishments. Plus I wouldnt mind playing them again. Since Im back online, add me....THE_TERRORIZER

Anyway, I just got finished watching step brothers for the second time haha thats a great movie....Our power had been out since yesterday at 10pm until just a few hours ago. Some drunk kid hit a transformer or substation or something in a van and it completely totaled his van (and silenced the goddamn neighborhood). It got really hot in the house, so I did stuff with friends for a while. Power finally came back on at like 10 earlier today.

Also, I got a new router. The ****** (my old one) kept on turning on and off, idk why, but netgear is much better.

Also, I gave HELL to some mexican telemarketer who called at like **** 2AM!!! I have nothing against mexicans at all, but seriously, if you are going to call me in america, speak english, and if you are going to call me AT 2AM IT BETTER BE A GODDAMN EMERGENCY. Seriously, who wants car insurance at 2am?? SRSLY

Eh anyway I dont know what else to type. Oh yeah, my band has three gigs in august SWEEET I might talk about that later.

Yep, since I have fixed the ps3, I successfully backed up my data. Now Im going to punish it and play the **** outta rockband XD

Anyway, thats it for today. I plan on spicing up my blog and posting regularly. Yeah, this post is kinda short.

I fixed it again. This time I found the screw that was missing, that might help at least a bit. I put a little bit more thermal compound on the cpus and hopefully that will help. I took the ps3 out of the shelf that I usually place it in, and I placed it on a carpet, and now I have a fan about 4 foot 5 inches blowing at full speed in the processer area. I am also backing it up right now. I really hope this works. I just need to back up the data, hopefully I will get at least 30 more mintues than last time out of it.

I also did not sign in or change my background or test a game or anything when I turned it on, I went straight to the backup utility.

It scared me to death when it suddenly turned off for a second, it was just a power cable that slipped when I was moving it.

If this works, I will finally be able to put my ps3 to rest and quit defribilating it and annoying the **** out of it. I feel like Ive probed it too many times haha....but I really do hope this works. Im gonna watch it the whole time, as I can watch tv off of the same screen.

Alright dudes, I will update later today. I will either be happy or sad. This blog is getting pretty suspenseful....lol

I cant believe it. I got the YLOD last night when there was only 30mins left of backing up the data. I walk downstairs and see it blinking red, I hit the button, it turns back on, then I get the yellow light. Frustrating night lol.

Anyway, today I might try it again. After looking inside the ps3 once again, I realized that I did not apply nearly enough thermal compound. Also, a friend suggested no clean flux or something like that, might go grab some of that.

Anyway, its just another summer day....I dropped by my highschool at lunch to say hey to some of my friends in summer school haha....I didnt know that it was an all day thing.

Anyway, while I was there, I saw this new girl that I havent seen before. Shes nice. We talked and stuff but apparently she has a boyfriend. Ill be friends anyway.

I will update after the second ps3 repair.

HOLY **** HOLY **** HOLY ****

Ok, I need to tell you guys this story. First of all, thanks dudes for the support when I went into withdrawal after my ps3 died. I was really feeling down, I was completely shocked. Me, my litte brother, and my friend all had so much data crammed onto 500gb of storage. Even though they are just games, I still was almost mournful over my ps3....well not that far, but you know.

Today, thankfully I did get the heat gun. I had no clue how to use it, I had never used one before. It just had a little trigger with lo and hi settings. Also, I decided to cancel my thermal compound order because I found one at radio shack. It was better than the one I ordered. It was like 10 dollars for a syringe about the size of my thumb, but of course I was blinded by withdrawal to worry about cash haha...

I returned home, looked over the guide, and turned the heat gun on, held my breath, and slowly reflowed the parts, making sure not to melt them. This is when I felt I had no clue what the hell I was doing. All I had to do was spread heat over about 8 different sections of the motherboard. I had no clue how this worked, or what this was supposed to do, but whatever. It worked.

After it cooled, I applied the thermal compound which was this really awesome silver color compared to the standard stuff. Then, I slowly and very very carefully reassembled the ps3. I had organized the screws into somewhat of a blueprint of the ps3 so that I knew exactly where they went.

Thats when I smelled the power box. It smelled like pancakes....which is a burnt smell because I burn all of my pancakes. It just reminded me of them. But anyway, I was sure that there was no way the ps3 could work, because what I did seemed to make no sense. With the possibility of a faulty power box, a faulty blu ray player, screwed up wiring, messed up ribbon cables, there was just so much that could go wrong.

So I finally put the cover back on, and reinstalled the 500gb hard drive. Then I plugged it in. Then I took a piss. Then, somewhat worried, I turned the power on through the back, and the red light came on. I was already celebrating, because I felt that was such a good start lol....then I accidentally pressed the power button, and a wave of shock flowed through me when I saw both lights successfully turn on, and stay on. I pressed the eject button, and out came my fallout 3 disc, completlely unharmed. I quickly went onto the ps3, and I had all my data. Its like I had just turned off the ps3. I was completely filled with this satisfaction, a feeling that I cannot describe because I did something that I had no experience with.

Im glad I got the YLOD. Not only do I feel that sudden shock of satisfaction everytime I turn it on, I know that if I REALLY want to do something, even something that I have almost no experience with, its possible.

What an influential night. Im backing up all of my data, which I will start doing weekly. If you guys EVER get the YLOD, message me or something. I will help, because now I feel like I actually can haha...
