Well as far as what we know right now the only game that defenitly looks a little and I stress little better on PS3 is Oblivion and the reason is obvious. They had alot of extra time to improve it, Bethesda even said the extra time would let them tweak the graphics. As far as pretty much every other game, they all look better on 360, Virtua Fighter, Armored Core, Madden 08, NFS, pretty much every game for both systems looks better on 360. And like I said before as far as Exclusives, Gears of War and Bioware still look better than any exclusive on PS3. What you also have to look at is games like Madden, not only does it look alot better on 360, 30 fps vs 60 fps, that's HUGE. I think overall the 360 is a better performing system, but you know it's just too early to tell.

That's pretty sad considering Bethesda had months to make the ps3 look better on this game. Also GRAW 2 had alot more time to spend on the PS3 version. If you compare a game that came out on the same day, the 360 ver always looks better, IE Madden 08, Armored Core, etc. 360 games overall look better.

no argument about the other stuff, and i remember seeing the gamespot comparison from back when the ps3 first came out and the 360 won that comparison hands down. however, graphically, oblivion on the ps3 definitely surpassed the 360 version overall, according to everything i've seen review and comparison wise (i do remember something about some cobblestone texturing that was pretty weak on the ps3 for whatever reason, though). in side by side video comparisons that were on gametrailers, the ps3 clearly had better texture (foliage specifically), character models, and draw distances. the one real aspect that was slightly lacking was color vibrancy, which has since been resolved with the ps3 'full rgb' setting. given how much time they had to optimize the ps3 version, it should have looked better than it did, but it still was (is) the graphically superior version.Yeah I admit the xbox 360 versions are looking better than the ps3 ported versions except for oblivion of course. But once the developers start getting a hang of making the games for the ps3 the games on both consoles are gonna look equal or the ps3 is gonna look better. Than again most of the games that are out on the xbox360 that look better than the ps3 are ports from ubi soft and ea... Except madden of course with the 30 fps on the ps3.
