@arishok124: "Way more depth" than what? None of us have seen either pilot, nor any scripts. As for CGI, The CW has had several superhero series prior, perhaps more notably The Flash, which have made use of plenty SFX, unless you'd suggest anything based on illustrated or animated media be made to look just like that style?
@ezio899: Utilizing a new set of superpowered science project children would just leave people wondering "Why not just use the ones we know?", which does serve to inform the premise of this iteration, at the least for prior fans. As for complaining about superficial features like "why don't they look exactly the same, bobble-heads and all?", followups don't need to be 1:1 to each prior iteration, nor require an origin story entry each time, unless you'd need to see Uncle Ben die yet again before accepting Spider-Man into the MCU.
@justthetip: From literally this article: "It's not unheard of for pilots to be partially or totally re-shot before making it to series; the most infamous example in recent history may be Game of Thrones, whose original pilot was apparently terrible, before it went on to absolutely dominate pop culture for more than a decade. So there's definitely hope for the Powerpuff Girls live-action reboot."
Ah, SilicaAndPina, a familiar name from exploits in Vita hackery.
so so so so SO nice to have a simple, comprehensive "New This Week" and "New This Month" sortable by price to add all the freebies to my Download List again. The new Store is just absolute garbage to figure out what all is now available any given week.
With the unwarranted closure of the legacy PlayStation Store, the least they could do is bolster their PS Now library to include everything possible they're about the nix access to. Or, hey, at the least, include the add-ons for the games they already have on the service.
