Just wondering what the current turn around time is like for Xbox 360's being sent back for repair in the UK, because in the morning I will have to ring up Customer Support to arrange a date for my Xbox 360 to get picked up. But what I am really worried about are the horror stories of people getting a different Xbox 360 back either dirty, scratched or just having the case cracked somewhere.
