I need help getting the items in the 4 player sections of the game because all the little kids on LBP have no idea what they are doing. If anyone else is finding the same issue when organizing a team of 4, friends invite me and we can do some work on these levels and unlock the prize bubbles trophy.

The majority of people who would buy that game have a 360 and the majority of people who bought a ps3 over a 360, bought it for exclusives, which are hitting hard right now, socom, lbp, motorstorm 2, resistance 2... although not all in the same week, most people dont buy every good game that comes out. Not to mention it has plenty of competition from other 3rd party multiplats like dead space, mirrors edge and fallout 3...

The tires the guy used in the Wipeout HD level?? How do you get them?? Ive tried all the tutorials... Are they hidden in a level?

After reading the majority of the negative posts I can assume most of you are not familiar with the series. The beta really isnt that bad. There are lag issues and load time issues, although most of those have been addressed, and the graphics complaints just are not true at all. The game looks great and the lighting effects are spectacular. But what it all comes down to is gameplay. Socom is a Strategical shooter not a run and gun COD4 (which literally anyone can be great at), Socom takes much more skill to be an elite player than the other shooters out there simply because of its stealth and strategical style.

In my opinion the socom series is not only the best strategical shooter, its the only strategical shooter. All these others are simply run and gun. Even COD4, which tried to broaden the shooter genre, still ended up that way to me. Ever since my brother picked up socom I soo long ago, Ive been addicted.

You have to understand the huge exclusives (FFXIII, GT5, KZ2) will have to be literally perfect for sony to let them be released. Sony wants to blow everyone away and I can assure you when 2009 comes around we will be in awe of these games greatness.

On another note however, are you really going to get bored with MGS4, LBP, Resistance2, SOCOM Confrontation etc.?

I have a PS3 because the games that I thought I would love on 360 werent that enjoyable to me. Halo 3 and Dead Rising are the big two that I really thought would be able to push me over the edge but Dead Rising was cool for like 5 minutes until I realized that the game had a timer and if you dont rush through everything you get a really crappy ending and I thought Halo 3 was just too much of the same and I already have plenty of shooters.

Not that the 360 doesnt have good games just between playing Uncharted and play Dead Rising, Uncharted is by far, miles ahead, the better game when deciding to buy a system.

Resistance, while graphically it cant compare to Halo 3, the storyline and overall atmosphere of the game i a breath of fresh air.

All and all, I just decided that PS3 had and will continue to offer the best experience for me
