Is there any way of using the flying machine again after the Venice mission

i need the fly swatter trophy, where u have to kick a guard whilst on the flying machine

Where is Rocca di Ravaldino...I need the tomb inside of it but dont know where it is Is it the Villa? If so there is no tomb simble on my map
