Sorry for the simpli way to say it but in those games is one difference! The difference is GTA IV is more real than GTA SA! Because:1(When you are in a car and when you have impact you get out from face window) And number 2(The graphics are more than cool there are great , the mode you move and the textures are really awesome) Now i think you really know who is the best!
