Wow, Fire emblem shadow dragon released in europe earlier then in the U.S :?

I bought a used one because it whas the only one and the funniest thing about it is my previeus owner of the game had the paper with the stars ( a code that you get stars on your nintendo account) not put out of the box! whoohoo! i played it for while and its awesome except some minor things that bothers me.
