They didn't even try to hide my christmas presents. This was basically the subtle exchange to find out what I wanted for christmas, without me figuring it out:

Mom: Hey, c'mere.

Me: What?

Mom: *points to ipod on amazon.com* You want this?

Me: Uh, yeah, I guess.

Mom: 'Kay. *add to cart, ship*

Me: Um, did you just buy that?

Mom: Yep. Merry Christmas.

Me: .... HUH?!

Also, a box arrives about a week ago. I say, "Hey, what's this? Christmas present?" and of course, she responds with a secretive, "Yep, it's the cables to hook up to your new amp."

Thanks, I guess.....?

Woot! Best rank ever. I wrote three reviews in about a day, so my rank jumped pretty fast, but now it's just inching along. What can I say, school started again, and I'm lazy. But still, halfway to lvl 10 ent bad!

Well, actually, it's from my favorite webcomic (if it can actually be called that), MegaTokyo. It can be found at, unsurprisingly, megatokyo.com. It's funny, heartwrenching, and nonsensical all at the same time, but if you're into manga, you'll probably love it. It's been going for 5 years, and has around 800 strips, some already published in graphic novel form, so go there now.
