Hello, I love comps and pc games but get a little confused when looking for a better video card. Right now I am running windows vista with a Geforce 7900 GS PCIe. Great card but it seems to be under the rec for running Conan which I am thinking of playing.

Could anyone recommend a better card in the $250.00 dollar price range? Thanks for your help.

I was leery when I first entered the gaming world 5 years ago. My guild in Dark Age of Camelot had no clue I was even female until we all went to voice chat. I had lied in the past by telling people I was male and I just played a female charater. Maybe I lied because I was married and had kids and was trying to avoid any wierd comments from male players.

I did feel bad about lying and was so nervous when I first began to speak into the mic duing a guild meeting. Some were shocked, others already knew I was female and just never said anything. They said it was my play style that gave me away. And my player house just had way to many flowers lol.

I was so wrong to lie in the first place. The male players have been great since finding out I am really a female. I do seem to get a lot more group invites now. But no male has ever treated me inappropriate in chat. Most say they just enjoy hearing a female voice when were grouping. I think thats just normal.

So, I've learned something. Most guys aren't pigs and perverts. They are just good people trying to have fun playing a MMO. Just like me.

I find myself getting more and more addicted to the 360. At first I hated the thing for some reason, maybe it was all the years I spent behind a PC. Don't laugh but I purchased Skate for my husband a few weeks ago. When he is at work I play the thing lol.

I may be the worst skater in all history but I am enjoying myself. I almost broke the controller the first time I did a grind thingy on a handrail. So, if your ever playing Skate just keep in mind that somewhere in the world there is a 34yo mother of two grinding and doing kickflipsright along with you :)
