just curious to see how much longer it last before the discard and discontinue the kniect. i don't see why people believe it'll last. remember the eyetoy and ps eye and how they were going to change things.
noit is lame. i see this ending up like the kinect and eyetoy. its a nice tech demo but otherwise useless. its like the augment reality on the vita. i love the vita, but i'm not carrying those cards all over the place.
The last time i bought a used game it was eithe rbecause it was hard to find game, like Zone of the Enders 2nd Runner, or the game was out of production like Tribes Aerial Assault. Personally the companies have gotton out of the control and the consumers share the blame due to the fact they keep buying into it. I could understand a low cost online pass due to the whole redbox thing. But when you start selling DLC before the game is even out, or worse, in the case of the new Mortal Kombat where the DLC was on the disc from the factory and you were paying for a key to unlock it. That is the biggest POS i've heard of. Its like me selling you a sports car that the governor (aka speed limiter) is set to 130mph, but for an extra $250, you get an optional package, which consists of a car key, which increases the speed to 160mph. I'm not making your can any more powerful, just letting you fully use your car.
it all makes sense now. the reason the multiplayer kept getting more unrealistic was they were building toward this. Now it makes sense that you can survive a point blank 12 guage shotgun because you'll have a shield. I just waiting to see the laser guns so i can say the COD series is dead. i mean its been on life support but now it'll be dead on the table. Zombies will still rock, the campaign I don't know since Black Ops 1 made you the guy that was everywhere saving the world. Multiplayer though is already going to be pointless
social games will never be the domant class. they are here to stay but can you compare games like Angry Birds and Plants vs Zombies to Battlefield or Killzone or Final Fantasy. Beside that this shows the issue I've had with online only games like Socom Confrentation and MAG. When the servers were down during the PSN outage last year, you couldn't play the game at all so it was useless. What happens when the servers are gone for good. That game will only be worth the value of the plastic case.
AMD finally does something that isn't copying Intel. Wanna know why Intel is better? When dual core came out, AMD's version came months later. Same with Quad Core. Its the same problem with ATI. Nvidia did a DX10 card, then months later ATI released one. Intel and Nvidia usually cost a tad bit more, but there usually more efficient.
uh . .Who cares about Quad Core CPUs. Remember that Octacore processor called Cell? (Of course it would help if we could see system boards designed to use it.)
