Yes, hd-dvd lost the format war but honestly who gives a **** The only thing that it does is give sony fanboys bragging rights. I myslef rented a blu-ray before for my ps3, and it barely looked better than dvd! Yes I watched it on a freaking hdtv! So whats so special about wither of them. Hd-dvd was only a little better than dvd, and bluray is just barely better than hd-dvd, also it was a **** move by sony to put it into the ps3 just because toshiba came out with hd-dvd. Why not just stick to dvd, it might have worse quality, but who in their **** right mind wants to spend that much money to watch a movie. Also, just because bluray lost doesnt mean that the console war is over. 360 is obviously the better of the systems, it has the best online, almost as good graphics as ps3. But who needs 1080p??? 1080i is perfectly fine. Also 360 has such a bigger range of games, and better games. Sure ps3 has killzone and mgs4 but oooook, mgs4 is lookin ****in but killzone....the first one wasnt even that great. Sure theres the redringsofdeath, but thats what the 3 year warranty is there for. When mine broke i took it to the place where i got it, and they gave me a brand new one fresh outta the box and just switched the harddruves so i could keep my data. So quit ****ing about everything.
