I have to agree that uncharted looks beastly, but the fighting system still looks like a complete ripoff of Gears of War. I wouldn't mind having Killzone 2, MGS4, or Grand Turismo 5 on xbox 360.
I got ALL 1000 achievement points on CoD4, no doubt that One Shot, One Kill and Mile High Club are the hardest things ever. But look up on youtube to see how other great players beat the levels, very interesting. Sorry if i pissed off some of you guys, i didn't intend to do that.
I am getting Rock Band Bundle, Assassin's Creed Collectors Edition, Mass Effect, Mario Galaxy, Uncharted. And I was going to get Army of Two and Super Smash Bros Brawl but they got delayed. Next year I really hope to get a new Tv stand or some speakers to connect to my Tv. And if that is out of the question (too expensive), then i'll get a new headset cause im playing with the Halo 2 edition headset for the original xbox. :/
OK so, if I were you I would definitly get an elite. They may cost more but i think that they are definitly more reliable than the halo edition which is just a regular 360 with a paintjob. As for the games...hmmm...CoD4, Mass Effect, Halo 3, Bioshock, Assassins Creed, and Rock Band. I would say no to the NBA...just because sports games aren't always very good. But thats your call fo course. HDMI brings out the full potentail of the 360's high def capabilities like 1080p. But of course it means nothing if you don't have a HD tv, but nontheless it looks amazing even without high def. Like someone else said you can buy a xbox live Gold card at the store, and it costs $50 for a year, and you will have to renew it each year for $50 again. Some other games that are worth looking at are Orange Box, Oblivion, Tom Clancey games, Guitar Hero, Gears of War, and DeadRising. Hope I was of some help.
i love this game so much, even tho i beat it in a day and am playing it through on the other difficulties (easy and hard). but it deffinitly has a ton of replay value.
ok, u want to get for sure, Gears of War, Rainbow Six: Vegas, Oblivion, FEAR, and Dead Rising... those are the only games that i can list off of the top of my head right now, but there are still a ton of awsome 360 games that are out and ones that are coming soon. Like Halo 3, GTA4, Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey, Bioshock, Mass Affect....these are still a select few but the ones i think will turn out to be kick ass!
