i love motorstorms online but single player side i'd have to go with DiRT because there are aLOT more tracks in DiRT than motorstorm ALOT more. thats why i never baught motorstorm i breezed through the venues in a day and loved online for a week then i returned it to the store i rented it from

Oh i like racing games it is just a matter of oppinion, i don't like the feel of grand turismo but preffer games like burnout, pgr, DiRT. ect

no war just a misunderstanding.. i myself dont really like sim racing games, i much rather play burnout (i love that game, espically 2 players) i understand where ur comin from at times to me GT gets boring but its still like the critically acclaimed top dog if u get what im sayin

i recognize it is a Cult hit and critics love it but when i buy a game i buy what i like not what someone tells me is awsome until i have seen enough vids or played it, sorry to offend any gt DieHards

but the most fun i had with Gt series was the 2nd n 3rd with my cousin driving opposite ways n crashing :P

LMAO, this website I must say has a few bunch of comedians around here. Seriously though, you have to look at it this way, there are fans of Gran Turismo and Halo Fans.

Offtopic: I kinda don't see what is so special with Halo, I played it and have Halo 1 and 2 on my pc and they collect more dust than my Nintendo DS. Halo 3 just looks like a slight upgrade of Halo 2 and don't think I'm hatin on Microsoft because I just don't like them, I personally think Gears of War is the coolest First person Shooter for 360 and actually beats it.

Anyway, Some people believe GT5 is just a slight update of GT4, which may be true. GT4 looked excellent for it's time and I don't know how you could improve but I'm sure they will find a way. Overall, Gran Turismo has it's fanbase and people will buy GT5 no matter what, just like the Halo Fanbase will buy Halo 3.

Us PS3 owners look forward to it as the only descent racing game I've seen on the PS3 so far have been Formula 1 and Ridge Racer 7. Something new has to come to peek our racing/driving simulation side of us. Many of us may not have the money to buy a Dodge Viper but Gran Turismo grants that wish virtually to grab that car!
