The Future!!! *Que Star Wars intro music*

It's here children. The Nintendo 3ds is almost upon us, and with it, another giant leap for mankind in the Video Game industry, and seemingly the entertainment industry at large. I think you'd have a hard time finding someone who isnt excited for the 3DS.

What sold me was the first video a friend showed me of Metal Gear on the new system, and even though it was (obviously) only a 2d video, I could tell how much amazing potential not only the game, but the 3DS has in general. A few other titles I'm looking forward to are Lego Star Wars (for release day), Resident Evil Mercenaries and of course The Legend of Zelda 3D!! There are of course many others but too numerous and far off to name.

The many iterations of the DS may have soured some folks with the un-relenting release schedule of handheld consoles from Nintendo, but the 3DS is offering true innovation, over almost anything that's been done before.

I think the addition of being able to download classic gameboy games is also a HUGE bonus. It would be nice if they added original NES titles to, I always like tp have some Mike Tyson's Punch Out in the back pocket,...but then again, a 3d version would be even better!

With so many great titles coming out for it, and all the possibilities, 4 days away definitely seems like to long.
