o.k. the questions I can answer,

1) Call Sony and tell them that your PS3 broke and they will send you a box to ship it in.

2) It takes about 1-2 weeks (a little longer or shorter depending how close you are to TX)

3) A refurbished one. Unless they can fix the problem in yours.
