As someone has already stated breakfast is very very important! Overnight when your sleeping is the longest period of time your body goes without food so when you wake up you should really try to have some breakfast within an hour of getting up, if you dont your body goes into a kind of survival mode which means next time you eat it stores the calories and fat instead of burning them off. Skipping meals is the worst possible way to go for weight loss as your body stores fat because it isnt sure when its next energy boost will arrive and therefore slows down your metabolism. Hope this helps my mums a dietitian so i thought i would try and pass on her knowledge. Good Luck!

btw football manager is better lol, anyways i find having more RAM helps alot with those times when its generating match results, but having a decent PC (any dual core) and more than 1GB you will breeze through CM, oooo andsaving times increase alot too.yoyo462001

Cool. Yea iwould gree FM is better but CM03/04 is best of all time. ;)

Noobish lol. For example a game like the sims has many expansions which bog the game down but if i had a powerful pc would this take away the problem?

Does having a top of the range gaming pc quicken loading times and stop slow down etc. For example in a game like championship manager will i be able to play with all the leagues turned on without the gaming slowing down to much? Can someone tell me what benefits a powerful gaming pc adds to games and gaming on a pc in general?

Sorry if i have not got my question across to clearly!
