A lot of reviewers (both normal people and companies) give maximum points to any game they see as something special, but i stand by the policy that no game is perfect, there is always some fault, some tiny glitch or an element that could be improved. I noticed a review for crash commando somewere that said "one of the best games on psn" they gave it ten. In my opinion, to get 10 it would have to be THE best game on psn and it would have to keep players endlessly amused and always impressed.
