I get around 20fps with far cry 2 on max, with AA on 2x. But i should be able to run it on 8x AA at 45-60 fps shouldnt I?

Hey, I cant remember the name of this game i used to play, maybe you can help:

its for ps2, youre a kinda bunny thing with star shaped ears, and you run around with a huge ruby ring. You use the ring to grab and throw what looks like jigglypuffs (small cute round eyed ball things).

I remember there was a surfing level on it, however most of it was on land.

Think it begins with a K.

Please help me by posting the name of this game.
