Yes I know it's old news, but I was wondering how does all of this affect us the consumer? If Nyko lost, would they take all of their products out of stores? I hope not b/c I like their accessories.

The developers even said that online play wasnt the main thing they were going for, it was just on the side.
That's no excuse for having it being unplayable. They might as well of taken the MP out of the game.
When I logged into my account one day I got an error message that said something like, "You cannot sign into Playstation network with this account". So I made a new account only to discover that I can't use my saved game data from my 1st account in the new account. Is there anything I can do about this?
