You can't find a clear answer because there is no clear answer.
You have to check the 360 itself, and make sure it's 12.1 V.

I just purchased a Acrade 360 Lot# 903 and it is a 12.1 volt Jasper with a Mfg Date of 01/19/2009. Try to look at the side of the box thru the hole where the serial numbet is, and look for the 12.1 volt marking.
