Well I'm 15 and my job doesn't pay as much as I would wish it too.
So I sold some of my studio equipment to a store named Galaxy, I was worried that they wouldn't give me enought but he gave me an estimate of $670.56. The PS3 had just dropped in price to the $499 so I had more than enought.
The guy said that the check could only be cashed at a Suntrust bank unless I wanted to wait a day to let the money go through. But I couldn't wait. But there was a problem, I hadn't seen a Suntrust in god knows how long.
We searched and searched and no luck.
My mother went into Publix to buy some groceries for the night and came back with the money. I guess Publix's now have Suntrust in them.
Went to the Gamestop store and they had none, So they sent me to a store about 15 minutes down the road.
Got there and the guy tried to convince we to buy a 360 [Obviously a Fan of Xbox] and I went ahead and bought the PS3.
THe only bad thing is that none of hte games I wanted were in stock and my mother was tired of running around for me and said no more trips to ANY store.
I got home unboxed it hoping i could go online and get some Demos but my stepfather wouldn't get off the internet so I could plug it up and I had forgotten the WEP Security code. I was bummed out the the max. =[
So the next day I went to Target and bought the games.
Finally, I could play my PS3.
